As an Equipment Sponsor, your generous contribution directly supports the acquisition and maintenance of high-quality recording equipment. In recognition of your support, you will receive:

Name on Equipment
Your name (or company/brand name) will be visibly displayed on a specific piece of recording equipment (e.g., microphone, audio interface, etc.).
Placement will be durable but removable (e.g., engraved plate or labeled tag).
You may choose how you'd like your name displayed (e.g., “Sponsored by [Your Name]”).
Recording Session (Up to 5 Hours)
You’ll receive one professional recording session at our studio, which can be used in any of the following ways:
Personal Use: Record music, a podcast, voiceovers, or any other creative project.
Gift: You may gift the session to a friend, artist, or organisation.
Commercial Use: Use the session to record promotional material (e.g., ads, jingles, business audio).
Conditions:
The recording session must be scheduled within 12 months of the sponsorship date.
Session includes access to a sound engineer and standard studio equipment.
Additional services (mixing, mastering, extra hours) may incur added fees.
If gifting the session, the recipient must confirm the transfer via email.
Sponsor name placement lasts for a minimum of 2 years or the lifetime of the equipment, whichever is shorter.

On our website, studio map, and room booking references
Naming options may include your name, company, in memory of someone, or a meaningful phrase/title (subject to approval)

Conditions:
Naming is permanent, with a minimum guarantee of 5 years, or until the space undergoes major renovation or rebranding.
All naming choices are subject to approval to ensure alignment with the studio’s values and community standards (e.g., no profanity, discriminatory content, or political endorsements).
Sponsor may request one name update per year, with 30 days' notice.
The sponsorship is non-refundable once the naming has been installed and announced.
